Hi I’m Frances and I own the cafe, work in the main cafe and teach Hypnobirthing, pregnancy relaxation, baby massage, first aid and mini medics.
I live in rural Wiltshire with my husband and our chickens.
We have grown up children, two daughters and a son, two son-in-laws, a daughter-in-law, three grandsons and a granddaughter. I look after our grandchildren a few days a week and absolutely love our time together in the garden – even cleaning out the chickens becomes fun!
After working in a GP Surgery as a Practice Nurse for the last 15 years I have recently retired. Although still enjoy teaching First aid in the cafe after becoming an accredited trainer and assessor.
I also have an enhanced DBS check.
The most enjoyable part of my role has been helping people to understand how to manage their health and well-being by giving them the knowledge and confidence to do so and question the things they don’t understand.
I really enjoy being with people and love teaching Hypnobirthing, Baby Massage, Pregnancy Relaxation and First Aid for both adults and Mini Medics.
