Our KG trained Hypnobirthing teacher holds pregnancy relaxation sessions every Tuesday evening 7.00 – 8.30 in the Cafe where you can relax, unwind, meet other mummy’s and chat over a drink and biscuits.
Numbers are limited to 3 so that these classes are more intimate. Each session is £8.
All you need is yourself and a pillow.
